when entering username field with accented Vietnamese it still returns the status code 200
Steps:
1. Enter username = accented Vietnamese
2. Enter the valid data for the remain fields
3. Click button send
Expected Result:
- Status code = 400
- Message displays: 'Username is invalid acccount
